I'm listing as prefer latest condition but obviously monopoly isn't like new. But it's in fair to good condition. Also the shirt says size XL and I'm not sure if it's a girls or womens XL. It looks too small to be a women's to me. If the size of that is making the difference for your purchase lmk and I'll figure it out for you. The hamster sings and dances to bad to the bone song.
