Next Play NPF500B CD Boombox AM/FM Radio White Vintage CD ERROR no

Vintage Next Play CD Boombox, it turns on, AM/FM radio is working but when pressing play button for CD it gives Error message saying no and won’t play the cd (see photo) maybe it can be fixed but I dont know and Antenna is attached with only a slight bend but overall it's in very nice condition.
