Vintage Jackson Barbell Buns Dumbbell htf rare antique single 3 lbs

This is for a single 3 lb bun!Some flaws chips casting marks but nothing that prevents its use for its intended purpose.Amazing condition for an old dumbbell!!!!Come and get your bun, hon! xDThe ends are circular. They match the way Andy made his other small buns! Also the weight marker is the same style as well, as well as the location at the top and only there, which is something only Andy did. Some other brands did that but they also marked their name on the dumbbell. Andy did not on his bunss.Andy Jackson started making his world famous workout equipment in the basement of his home in New Jersey in the early 1930s. Jackson was famous for his superior bars and deep dish plates and of course his globe dumbbells! Lesser know however were the small buns which are apart of Andy's full globe set (in the same way buns made up the first part of york's globe set). Just like Andy's globes these feature a completely round bottom. Most other buns from different manu impeccable for everyday use.
