It is adjustable and will fit most dogs, I would say the actual hardware is too big and bulky to be pleasant for very small dogs. ***PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION. Shock/vibration collars can be great training tools when used appropriately. I always test settings on my wrist or ankle to judge if it’s too strong for my dog.
